Hello John - how are you

 

Lynn here from Scotland, remember the songstones for the Bushman kids school in Botswana ?????

What a fabulous - wonderful - soul fulfilling adventure, ohh  I wish you could have been there - the children were so amazed to have a musical instrument for themselves - some of the children had left school and were back in their villages, as one never to be defeated I set off across the settlements of the Kalahari to find each and every one, their look of surprise and astonishment to find that vehicle while arrived was seeking  him or her out !  As they became the main attraction in town, what were they getting, who was it from, where the hell was Scotland anyway! Ohh joy, laughter it makes music. For some reason it was Amazing Grace everyone ending up playing, very strange.  So on one of these quiet still nights if you listen hard enough you too can hear the gentle notes drifting from the Kalahari through your open window.
